Every time you make a purchase at Eager Bear it becomes our endeavor to safe guard you investment and ensure you receive the products that you order online. for any issues simply contact us, via phone / email, we will provide you immediate support.



 

Returns & Refunds

If you have placed an order by mistake or have decided to change or cancel it, contact us immediately before the item gets shipped out from our warehouse. We will issue a Full refund immediately, back into your account, the refund time may vary from 1- 15 days depending on the mode of payment selected by you.

 

In case you have received an order that is significantly different from what you have ordered or is “Dead on Arrival” (D.O.A) We will be happy to provide a replacement immediately, and will also cover return shipping charges, if any.

 

Please note that Consumables like Sanitizers, masks, lotions etc. cannot be Replaced or refunded once you have used the product. They will be replaced in case of D.O.A
